I was hit by a car while walking across the street in El Paso, TX back in October 2023. I have since lost my job and medical insurance, and can't afford Obamacare. The lawyer can't seem to do anything until the El Paso Police Department finds the accident report.

The only income we have is my wife's disability check, which isn't enough for the groceries and household expenses. We don't qualify for government assistance at this time.

I can't walk or stand without a cane or other assistance, and definitely can't drive a commercial vehicle anymore. We're having a hard time, just like everyone else, and it's getting harder by the day.

We're hoping to find a way to make ends meet until I can get disability started, or get the necessary surgeries to get back on my feet and work again. I was in El Paso for my job, however, Workman's Comp. doesn't cover this since I was on "personal time". We're back home in Alabama, now, and can't wait to go back to El Paso for Court!
