It is with great sadness for me to speak of my brother’s death. Edward Rommel Abutin Bowley passed away at the age of 52 due to medical complications on November 6, 2024.

He leaves behind his wife, Imelda Felarca & children Stephen Charles, Nicole, Edward Joseph, Andrei, Dwayne, Shawn & Drake.

We are raising money for medical & funeral costs & also to assist his wife & kids with the transition of doing things without my brother as he was the provider for the family.
