My father, Edward Jones, was a very special man who would literally give the shirt off his back for someone in need. He was always the one helping others, and those who knew him understood how proud and selfless he was. Even when he was moved from the 11th floor to the ICU at Galveston UTMB, he told my sister to start a GoFundMe page—a true testament to how much he cared for his family and community, even in his most vulnerable moments.

Edward's passing on Monday, December 15, 2025, has left our family with unexpected expenses that his insurance could not fully cover. Between the funeral costs and the many details involved in settling his affairs, we are reaching out for a little support to help us through this difficult time.
