On the evening of Sunday, January 11, 2026, our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. While traveling on State Highway No. 03, known as the coastal road in Puerto Peñasco, a rollover accident changed our lives forever. Edna, a devoted mother of two, and her beloved daughter Allison Samantha, just 11 years old, lost their lives in the accident. Edna's eldest daughter, Camyla Edith, age 15, was seriously injured and continues to receive medical care as she fights to recover. All members of our family are residents of Puerto Peñasco, and this loss has left us heartbroken and facing challenges we never expected.

Edna lived solely for her daughters and always did her best for them. As a single parent, she was an example of strength and devotion, consistently putting her daughters first and finding ways to support and care for them. Allison Samantha was a loving child with a beautiful smile, deeply cherished by her family and friends. Their absence leaves a void that can never be filled, and we are now doing our best to support Camyla as she heals, both physically and emotionally.
