Hello I’m Traci with my mom Kate. Monday January 5th my dad passed away unexpectedly in his sleep at the age of 59. He had a heart attack back on December 26, he got a stent put in to fix it and it went well. My dad said it felt like it never happened. They wanted him back in 6.5 weeks to get open heart for other two blocked arteries, they wanted to give his heart time to heal.

He saw his heart doctor on Wednesday December 31 with my mom, and the doctor said all looked good with the stent. He also said his heart looked better than they expected. My dad was anxious to get his surgery and get back to the life he was use to living.

Monday January 5, he passed away in his sleep unexpectedly. We are in such shock and from what the doctors said and with how he felt, thought he would be fine after he got his surgery. He didn’t get the chance to make it that far though. We are devastated. We were not expecting this at all to happen with how well he was doing. My mom and I simply do not have the funds to cover his funeral. My dad was a do all, fix all kind of guy so he had a system for everything he did. My dad didn’t have life insurance because it was to expensive, my mom is retired and It all happened so soon that we had nothing set up for this. We are left with trying to figure out everything ourselves and it is all adding up.
