SUPPORT FOR EBONY LEWIS

Dear family, friends, and community, we are organizing this to help one of our dearest friends/sister in her time of sadness and dire need.

On Sunday, Oct. 23 rd, Ebony tragically lost her beautiful mom, Sandra, her sweet younger sister, Savannah, and her lovely cousin, Donna, in a horrific car accident while they were vacationing in Jamaica. Anyone who knows Ebony knows just how close she and her mom were. Her mom was her best friend, confidante, biggest cheerleader, and support system. As you can imagine, this loss has been incomprehensible, leaving her feeling like her world has suddenly been turned upside down.

In 2019, Ebony and her family relocated to Florida from New York to provide their son with a better quality of life. However, in 2020, following her separation, Ebony moved in with her mom, stepfather, and siblings. During the almost two years she spent living with her mom, their mother-daughter bond grew even stronger. They became inseparable. Even after Ebony moved into her apartment this year, she and her mom spoke almost daily. Needless to say, this sudden tragedy has left Ebony utterly devastated and heartbroken. As a single mom of a beautiful four-year-old son, whom his grandmother and aunt adored, the loss of her mom and baby sister has been unbearable.

While money cannot bring back the lives of her loved ones, your financial blessing will help to cushion her burden and offset her time from work, allowing her to grieve her loved ones and navigate this painful chapter of her life.
