Hello everyone. My name is Allie, and I am setting up this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister EB (Elizabeth) and her husband, Pablo. Pablo was recently in a serious car accident and suffered a fractured cervical spine. He has already undergone multiple surgeries to replace part of his spine and to add rods and screws. While the medical team is doing everything they can, his long-term prognosis remains uncertain. He may or may not regain the ability to walk, and regardless of the outcome, he faces a long, difficult road to recovery.

In the meantime, EB is by his side at the hospital every day, and both of them are currently out of work. On top of this unimaginable stress, they are also the devoted parents of two beautiful, kind, funny, loving 2-year-old twins- River and Skyler (they really are the best).

We are asking for donations to help with daily living expenses—rent, food, gas, tolls—as well as the possibility of future medical bills, insurance gaps, or even needing to break their lease and relocate.

We have been incredibly blessed by a community of friends and family who have stepped up to help with River and Skyler's care, and we are so thankful for every one of you. Although they don't understand what is happening, I know they will one day look back and be thankful for every person who has stepped up to care for them and love them in these difficult times, so thank you all. I also know that these individuals have provided EB and Pablo with priceless peace of mind. So, to all of you who have offered to help with River and Skyler, we thank you.
