Support for Drake Allen’s recovery

Our family is facing an unimaginable tragedy. My nephew, Drake Allen, was brutally attacked in downtown Palm Springs, where he was stabbed in the nose and brain and used as a human shield during a violent altercation. He was airlifted to one of the greatest neurological hospitals, where he remains in the ICU, fighting for his life as doctors work to stop a persistent brain bleed.

His mother has not left his side, taking time off work to be with him during this critical time. Drake has only called for her, and their separation from his younger siblings has made this even more heartbreaking. His stepfather, Alonso, is doing his best to hold everything together, but this situation has put an enormous emotional and financial strain on the entire family.

No one asks for something like this to happen, and no one should have to go through it alone.
