Support for Douglas Collins

On April 18, 2019 my brother-in-law, Douglas Collins, was seriously injured in a car accident on State Route 13.  Doug and passenger, Brian McLean Jr., were driving northbound when a Jeep Renegade, driving southbound, crossed the center line and struck the side of one car before slamming into Doug's truck head on.  Doug was airlifted to Robert Packer hospital where he was rushed into surgery.  His injuries include a shattered left pelvis, shattered left hip socket, broken ribs, shattered right ankle, shattered right knee cap, and cut to right eye lid that required plastic surgery.  He has had 5 surgeries so far with at least 2 more within the next few weeks.  Brian was also transported to Robert Packer hospital by ambulance with a broken wrist.

Doug's wife, Angela Collins, has been by his bedside since the accident while family help care for their 4 children.  Doug is out of work with a long recovery ahead which will significantly impact the family financially.

We are raising funds to help cover the income lost during his long recovery as well as medical bills.  This includes food, utilities, and normal household expenses that come with a family of 6.
