My name is Jason Newman and this is my wife, Dorinda. We’ve been together since high school and are happily married with 3 children. We’ve been through many ups and downs, but till death do us part.

We are now facing great difficulties and uncertainty. Unfortunately, my precious wife has some symptoms of some kind of mental illness. She was just released from a facility in Smyrna with meds to stabilize her, but now begins the task of diagnosing exactly what is affecting her and how to treat it.

My job recently let me go because I’d become “unreliable” due to having to tend to my wife from time to time. Well, our savings are gone and I can only donate so much plasma, lol. We’re looking for a helping hand while we attend appointments and I continue the search for work. I know it’s just a matter of time before I get a job. I’m a cook; everyone’s gotta eat, right?
