A local DoorDash driver has been delivering food late into the night, doing everything he can to support his family. Many in our community have met him through their orders, and his kindness and dedication have left a lasting impression. Recently, I learned that he moved back in with his family because his young son is sick, and he’s been working DoorDash shifts as late as 10pm to make ends meet. After speaking with his family, it’s clear that he’s doing everything possible to provide for his loved ones, but the situation is taking a toll.

No parent should have to choose between earning a living and being there for their sick child. That’s why I’m starting this fundraiser—to help this devoted father take time off from DoorDash so he can focus on what matters most: caring for his son. The funds raised will give him the breathing room he needs to be present for his family during this difficult time, without the added stress of late-night shifts.
