For nearly 40 years, Don Wright has been the heart and soul of Salem Heating and Sheet Metal. Since joining the company in 1987, Don has always approached each day with the same dedication and work ethic, as if it were his first day on the job. His loyalty, hard work, and positive attitude have made him a cherished member of our team.

Sadly, Don has recently been diagnosed with leukemia (lymphoma), and due to the ongoing treatment and recovery process, he will be taking a leave of absence from work. During this challenging time, we are coming together to support Don and his family as they navigate through the next few months of chemotherapy and recovery.
