My name is Dominick Duval. I'm writing on behalf of me and my siblings. Some of you know my dad became sick in February this year. He was in and out of the hospital because of internal bleeding. Then he lost the ability to walk and feed himself. While he was in rehab, he was sent to the hospital to get intubated. Around that time he went into kidney failure and his breathing failed. Unfortunately he passed away quickly on 9/4. Everything has happened very fast and he didn't have life insurance. Me and my siblings are all working to help take care of the funeral costs and I really need help to raise my portion for the cost of the funeral and burial. Any assistance would mean a lot to me.
