Supporting Our Family After the Sudden Loss of Our Mother
Created on behalf of Doreen (Dolly) Heintzelman's daughters Renee and Dyann.
Our hearts are shattered as we share the unexpected passing of our beloved mother Doreen “Dolly”, who left us far too soon. There was no warning, no time to prepare — just a devastating silence where her laughter, her unconditional love, and her daily phone calls used to be.
Losing her has left a space in our lives that can never be filled. She was the center of our family — the one who remembered every birthday, who showed up for every milestone, who made every holiday feel magical. She was the most kind and caring person you could ever imagine. She opened her heart and her home (multiple times) to those in need. She gave selflessly in life and in death. Her children and grandchildren were her world, and she poured her heart into creating memories with us that we will carry for the rest of our lives.
She was also an extraordinary friend. She showed up with compassion, loyalty, and she built friendships that felt more like family. Anyone who knew her felt the depth of her kindness and the sincerity of her love. Her absence is felt not only in our home but in the hearts of everyone whose lives she touched.
We are reaching out for support during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help us with:
• Give her the memorial service she deserves — something beautiful, heartfelt, and worthy of the love she gave so freely
• Memory keepsakes for her grandchildren – so they can hold onto something special that reminds them of the love she poured into their lives
• Help us keep the family home — the place she built with care, where her voice echoed in the halls, where she dreamed of her grandchildren growing up, and where her spirit still feels present
Your kindness no matter the size will help us honor her life and create a sense of stability as we learn how to move forward without her.
Sharing this page or keeping our family in your thoughts means more than you know.
Thank you for your compassion, your generosity, and support during this painful time.
