On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, Devonte Henson was tragically involved in a fatal auto-pedestrian accident on North Sam Houston Parkway West Service Road. In the early morning hours, Devonte was struck by a vehicle and, despite the efforts of first responders, he passed away at the scene. His sudden loss has left his family and friends heartbroken and searching for ways to honor his memory and support one another through this unimaginable time.
