I am currently hospitalized due to pregnancy complications, with my due date set for January 27th, 2026. However, I will be having my son up to 11 weeks earlier due to these complications. My water broke early, and I am now on bedrest for the next five weeks, which means I am unable to work and have very limited mobility. After I am released, I will still be physically unable to return to work for at least two more months, all while caring for my premature baby boy, who will need to stay in the NICU until January. This situation has brought a lot of stress and anxiety, but I am confident in the medical team caring for us and grateful for the support I do have.
The main expenses I am facing right now include groceries, toiletries, insurance costs, and extra support since I am out of work. With my baby in the NICU, I will also have to travel frequently between home and the hospital, which adds gas and parking fees to my financial burden. My boyfriend is my only support nearby, as my family lives far away, and he has to work, so there will be long periods when I am alone. This makes things even more challenging, both emotionally and financially.
I am reaching out to friends, family, and anyone willing to help during this difficult time. Any support will go directly toward covering basic necessities, medical-related expenses, and helping me stay afloat while I focus on my recovery and caring for my newborn. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference for us, and I am deeply grateful for any help you can provide.
