Support for Destini and Kolson After Tragic Loss

Donation protected
As many people know, there was a tragic accident in Eden on Thursday, April 24. An Eden city employee driving a dump truck ran a stop sign and ran over 6 linemen, killing 4 of them instantly. One of the fatalities was my 3-year-old grandson’s daddy, William Evans.

Will has always selflessly financially taken care of Destini and Kolson since Kolson’s birth. Through no fault of his own, he can’t provide for his son anymore, and Destini is all of a sudden left with the burden of figuring out how to make ends meet while grieving the loss of her sons father, whom she loves dearly.

Back on August 14, 2024, Destini had a subarachnoid hemorrhage (brain bleed) and Will saved her life. He will forever be our angel and we were incredibly blessed by him. Wills light will forever light up our hearts through his son, Kolson.

Destini and Kolson have been through so much over the past 8 months with her recovery and now the sudden loss of her child’s daddy. We are asking for help. Just enough to get her by until survivor benefits come through. This is all a learning experience as we’re not sure how long that’ll take.

Please pray for my daughter and grandson as well as the many families, friends, first responders, and everyone this tragedy has impacted.

IThank you.
