My granddaughter, Destinee Roland, is a sweet and kind young lady who has always brought joy to those around her. Recently, our family was shaken when Destinee was involved in a terrible accident. While pulling over to the side of the road because of a flat tire, she was struck by an 18-wheeler. The impact left her with serious injuries, and she has since undergone several surgeries. Right now, Destinee is fighting for her recovery in the hospital, showing incredible strength and resilience every day.

This unexpected tragedy has placed a tremendous emotional and financial strain on our family. While Destinee focuses on healing, she is unable to work and faces mounting medical bills. In addition to her hospital expenses, she still has everyday bills to manage—her car note, rent, and utilities. We want to make sure Destinee can focus on getting better without the added worry of falling behind on these essential needs.
