This fundraiser is for my cousin who just lost her precious angel! Layla passed away on her 9th birthday and my cousin and her family are so heartbroken. Desiree was such a dedicated mother to all her kids but especially Layla (her best friend).

Layla was born with a neuromuscular condition called SMA type 1 and she required total care. My cousin was her full time caregiver, nurse, advocate, bestie and mommy! She was devoted 24/7 and did her very best to give Layla a happy comfortable life.

I'm hoping to help raise funds to allow her a little time to grieve and figure out her future, without worrying too much financial. She was blessed and thankful to have been a paid caregiver for her daughter, unfortunately all that has stopped but life doesn't. She has rent and bills to keep paying. She's already looking into jobs and does doordash and uber eats already but that won't pay all the bills. I'm just hoping to give her a little relief and please your donation and shares are very much appreciated.
