The Real Estate Community is raising money for a dear friend and fellow colleague, Derk Simonson.    Derk has been diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer called Adino Carcinoma.  The doctors have shared that he has a year, at most.  There is not a single person in our community that does not know or know of Derk.  He is a staple at all of our caravan meetings (MBREA, REBA, Downtown, Metro and PLOBRA).  He will always see every house that we have on caravan.  When we have guest speakers he's always present and asks great questions.  He is always one of the first people at our meetings every morning and the first to leave so he can see all the houses.  Derk has put his heart and soul into real estate, it is his passion.  He has decided to step away as he goes through this tough journey.
