For Dennis McBee

As we all mourn the loss of Coe Ann McBee and celebrate the life and love she gave us all, please consider helping Dennis with the unexpected financial burden that came with her illness and the heartbreaking loss. Coe Ann passed away suddenly on August 14. after a very short fight with cancer.

Earlier this year, Coe Ann had not been feeling well, and she was diagnosed with cancer only two months ago. The illness moved quickly and took Dennis by surprise. Along with the shock of losing his wife, Dennis is now facing uncovered medical bills and funeral expenses during an already overwhelming time.

Coe Ann meant so much to so many people. Dennis and Coe Ann both graduated from South Houston High School in 1974, and while they were not close back then, life brought them back together years later. Dennis had been widowed previously, and when he and Coe Ann finally re-met a few years ago, they married and became a vibrant couple. Coe Ann was the glue that kept classmates connected after graduation. She and her good friend, Rhonda Mick, helped arrange class reunions over the years, and Coe Ann truly never met a stranger. She was a friend to everyone who knew her.
