Due to the unforeseen and untimely passing of my Husband Delfino Mota Jr., who was taken from us far too soon in a tragic car accident on 1/26/26, I find myself reaching out for support. While we believed we were financially prepared for this day much later in life, unexpected events have left me needing to raise funds to lay Delfino to rest on my own. To know Delfino was to love him—he touched everyone he met. He had a heart of gold. Even in his final moments, he was thinking of others, ah he loss control of his car while trying to avoid hitting another vehicle, ultimately colliding with a bus.

Delfino was passionate about cars and dedicated his days to helping others. He would rise early at 4am to work on diesel trucks for SVC, and after his shift, he continued to help his co-workers and community members with their vehicles. Delfino was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, co-worker, and friend. His kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone around him.

I am asking for the support of our community to help me through this grief process and to give Delfino the farewell he deserves. The funds raised will go toward funeral services, burial, and related expenses, in this incredibly difficult time.
