Delen Potter is a beloved pet sitter and a friend to so many in our community. She has always been there to care for our pets and bring comfort to families, and now she needs our help more than ever. Recently, Delen experienced a suspected seizure at home. Her mother found her unresponsive, in respiratory failure, with blue lips and foaming at the mouth. She was rushed to the hospital and has been in the ICU, where she is currently sedated and on a ventilator as doctors work tirelessly to determine what happened. Delen has already undergone a 24-hour long-term EEG, which thankfully showed no additional seizures, and a lumbar puncture to rule out meningitis. For now, she remains sedated and on a ventilator while her medical team continues to search for answers and provide the best care possible.

This sudden medical emergency has placed a tremendous emotional and financial strain on Delen and her family.
