Dee, my best friend's dad, has always been a source of kindness and support—not just to his family, but to everyone who knows him. As a devoted father and loving grandpa, he’s touched so many lives with his warmth and generosity. Even to me, he’s been like family, always offering encouragement and a listening ear.

Recently, Dee was diagnosed with CJD, a rare and devastating illness. This diagnosis has changed everything for their family. He now needs full-time care, and unfortunately, insurance does not cover the 24/7 home health aides required to keep him safe and comfortable at home.
