With broken hearts, we are sharing the loss of our mom, Debra Lynn Meier, who passed away unexpectedly in late January 2026. She was our safe place, our biggest supporter, and the love that shaped our lives. Losing her has been devastating, and we are doing our best to navigate this unimaginable time.

As we grieve, we are also facing unexpected expenses, including memorial and end-of-life costs, as well as the cost of bringing her things home, where they belong. Any funds raised will go toward these expenses and help give us a little breathing room as we take things one day at a time.

More than anything, we want to honor our mom’s life and the way she loved so fiercely. She was kind, generous, and welcoming to everyone—friends, strangers, and animals alike. She had the brightest smile, the best laugh, loved the color purple, and knew how to enjoy a good moment. Her love and warmth left a lasting mark on so many people.
