In Loving Memory of Malcolm L. Cail, Jr.
January 10, 1951 – November 13, 2025
On Thursday, November 13th, 2025, our beloved Malcolm L. Cail, Jr. went home to be with the Lord at the age of 74. His sudden and unexpected passing has deeply shaken his wife Debra, his children, grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends who loved him.

A Proud U.S. Navy Veteran & American Legion Member
Malcolm honorably served his country in the United States Navy as part of the Seabees, where he lived out the values of strength, service, and brotherhood. His commitment to fellow veterans continued long after his active duty. He was a dedicated and proud member of American Legion Post 553 in Otto, North Carolina, where he found lifelong camaraderie and purpose.
Being a veteran was a core part of who Malcolm was — he carried that honor every day of his life.

A Devoted Husband, Father, and Grandfather

Why We Are Asking for Help
Malcolm was a recent cancer survivor who bravely battled multiple health challenges. He did not have life insurance, and his sudden loss has left Debra facing overwhelming financial burdens, including:
Funeral and memorial expenses
Housing costs
Monthly living expenses
Unexpected financial responsibilities during this time of grief
We are seeking help to ease Debra’s load as she navigates this devastating loss.
