My dear friend Deborah Brown, whom I have worked with and known for 20 years, is facing an unimaginable tragedy. Yesterday, her beloved daughter, Denise Williams, was taken from her in a devastating act of domestic violence in Lockport. The shock and pain of this loss have left Deborah and her family heartbroken, and Denise’s own daughter is now left without her mother.

Deborah is struggling to cope with the sudden loss and the overwhelming responsibilities that come with it. She is now faced with the difficult task of arranging a burial for Denise and supporting her granddaughter through this painful time.
