Friends and Family of Debbie Guindon
After a year-long battle against breast cancer, Debbie Guindon’s suffering has finally ended. She passed away today, January 27th, at 2:57 p.m surrounded by her children.
Debbie fought fiercely alongside her children and grandchildren, hoping for more time to be with the people she loved so deeply. Her children were by her side, rooting for her every step of the way, but her body could no longer outpace such an aggressive cancer.
We have been incredibly touched by the outpouring of love and support shown to Debbie and her children, and I am reaching out to ask for continued support during this difficult time.
This journey has placed a tremendous financial burden on the entire family. Debbie’s children have taken time off work to care for their mom while continuing to keep up with expenses at her home, including rent and utilities. Now, with the added cost of funeral expenses, they could truly use additional help during this transition. Support would help cover funeral costs, maintain the rent on Debbie’s home so they have the time to respectfully and thoughtfully go through her belongings and secure a storage unit to hold some of their mom’s things until they each have homes of their own.
Any amount is deeply appreciated. The family is so grateful for the incredible love and generosity of their family and friends— that ARE family—who are helping ease the financial burden as they navigate the insurmountable loss of their beautiful matriarch…their momma…Debbie.
Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
With much love,
Auntie Shelly Guindon-Dafnis
