David Koch's family is facing an incredibly difficult time after his recent passing. As his daughter, I want to share a bit about our situation so you understand why we are reaching out for help. My father had no life insurance and had filed bankruptcy not long ago. He lived on social security and a pension, which are now ended. Unfortunately, this has left our family without the means to cover his medical bills or funeral costs.
My father suffered a fall that fractured his vertebra and required surgery. Although the surgery was successful, his health continued to decline. He spent 9 days in ICU at Brook Army Medical Center and 2 days in hospice care. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly toward paying off my father's medical bills and covering his funeral expenses. We want to honor his memory and give him the respectful farewell he deserves, but the financial burden is simply too much for us to bear alone.
