Friends and family, with a heavy heart I share news of the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Hannah Mae early Christmas morning. Hannah experienced a complication from Addison’s disease. She brought those close to her so much joy. Brightening up a room with her contagious smile and laugh. She was filled with love and pride from serving her community, being a mother and experiencing life with her husband/bestfriend. Hannah was the ultimate example of what it means to have an open, inclusive and accepting heart. We all will continue to live life in her honor.
