Hi!! My name is Jennifer Sage. I am creating this GoFundMe account on behalf of two of my closest friends, David Middlekauff and Terry Middlekauff. David is needing help to raise money to bury his wife who unexpectedly lost her battle to liver cancer on December 17, 2025. This was a very unexpected loss for Dave.

If you knew Terry, she loved life. She loved doing karaoke when she could. She loved bowling, which is how I met Terry and Dave. They both have kind hearts. Terry was diagnosed with a rare liver cancer in August. Anything helps to bury my sweet friend.

All money raised will help go towards funeral costs such as burial fees and plot fees.
