Yesterday, October 24, Dave Nolan was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident. “Scuba Dave” left behind his three children, Taylor, Wyatt, and Brandi, his partner Kathy, 3 grandchildren, and countless friends.

Dave was a friend to all, and a beloved fixture in both his family and community. Those of us who were lucky enough to know him remember him as a friend, mentor, and kind-hearted man who over the years took in and helped so many people he met, often through his longtime business, Atlantic Scuba. Dave never hesitated to lend a helping hand, and everyone around him knew him as a friend. His true love, however, was his family.

As Dave’s family navigates the coming weeks and months, there’s a lot of uncertainty about what will happen with Dave’s business, and there are certain to be expenses incurred for his memorial.
