Those who know Dave know he’s an amazing, kind-hearted guy who loves his family.

He’s been through a lot with his health over the past few years, and has just been sent home from the hospital on hospice.

Dave, his wife, kids, family, and friends are devastated by this, and are just trying to remain strong.

The family has expressed that financial donations would be greatly appreciated at this time❤️
