Support for Danny Needed After Car Accident

Friends and family, our dear Danny needs our love and support!

As some of you know, he was in a car accident a few weeks ago. The damage from getting rear ended turned out to be worse once they took off the bumper. The insurance deemed it a total loss since the repairs would be more than the worth of the car.

Beyond the stress of finding a new car he can afford and being overwhelmed with taking on a car payment, a more difficult blow is that the Tardis was a car he bought with his mom when he first moved back - paying it off was one of the last things he did with her before she passed so it feels like an even bigger loss.

Danny is currently living paycheck to paycheck and his savings have been spent covering vet bills. With work slowing down in January, a sudden new expense like a monthly car payment could potentially be financially devastating.

We are hoping to raise enough money for him to buy a decent used car outright or or at the very least make a large enough down payment to minimize a monthly car payment. We don’t know what he'll get from insurance yet but at the most it would only be the market value of the car and because it’s older, it’s not worth much which is why he needs financial support.
