Keith and Danni’s Family: Help with Cancer treatment Bills

My name is Danni, and I’m reaching out for support as my family and I face a new and overwhelming challenge. On May 21st, 2025, I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer, that has also spread. The news has left me exhausted and anxious, especially as I continue to work and care for my family. This is a slow cancer my Thyroid will be removed, i will follow with ENT and Oncology hospital bills and life long meditation is in our very near future. My husband is an incredible partner, but he is unable to work due to being 100% disabled from severe psoriasis, congestive heart failure, and diabetes. Our 15-year-old son is a bright light in our lives, and together we have weathered many storms, including the heartbreaking loss of our oldest child and my own struggle after breaking my leg in February 2024. Despite everything, we have always found a way to keep going, but this time, we need help.

I am working while managing my diagnosis and supporting my family, but it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with life's demands my job, my health, and our household. The funds raised will go directly toward covering the extra bills from my upcoming thyroid cancer surgery, ongoing medications, and essential household expenses. We are living paycheck to paycheck on disability income, and my income, we have very little savings. The increased meds along with medical bills will eat this up quickly. Our biggest fears are losing our home, our only car, or having to choose between groceries and medication. I also hope to create a special memory with our son during this difficult time—something just for us, to remind us of hope and togetherness as we face this new mountain.

Our faith is strong, and we are active in our church community. My son, Keith and I have always saved to help others, including going on a mission trip in the USA in October. We don’t have fancy things or take big vacations; we are a simple family who believes in giving back and supporting others. Now, as we face this chapter, I am asking for help so we can stay in our home, and focus on healing.
