Support for Daniel’s Recovery & His Young Family

Donation protected
UPDATE (July 29): Daniel has been making giant strides on the path to recovery! He was moved to a rehabilitation facility on Thursday, July 24th and they have been pushing him hard to relearn how to walk, speak, and use his right side. All the doctors & nurses keep reminding us how lucky he is!

Daniel still has a long road to full recovery and will need further testing to hopefully discover the cause of the strokes and bring some peace of mind to Daniel and his family.

As soon as Daniel can prove he can walk up the 12 steps to his front door on his own he will be cleared to go home with Kelsey and the babies. We can’t wait for that day! Hopefully very very soon!

Your continued thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciate. And huge thank you everyone who has donated to the Go Fund Me. These funds will be put to good use-paying for extensive medical bills, continued rehabilitation, further testing, reduced income, and creating a sense of normalcy for the family.

More updates to come!

On July 15th, Daniel—beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend—suffered 5 strokes, 1 massive stroke within his brainstem— at just 32 years old. Daniel has been told he is EXTREMELY LUCKY TO BE ALIVE! We are so grateful to still have him with us and are here to help him every step of the way.

Daniel is the devoted father of two beautiful children: Asher (3) and Banks (1), and the loving husband to the love of his life, Kelsey. Just 1 year ago, Daniel had proudly landed his dream job as a pharmacist in Prescott, Arizona. He and Kelsey were excited to start building their forever home and future together. Life was full of promise—until everything changed in an instant.

On July 15th, Kelsey found Daniel unresponsive and immediately called 911. He was rushed to the nearest hospital in Prescott where they determined he had suffered from multiple strokes. He was quickly airlifted to a hospital in Phoenix, where family gathered by his side, hoping and praying for a miracle. After three long days, Daniel began to become more present to his surroundings and the effects of the strokes became more apparent.

While his progress so far has been inspiring, Daniel faces a long road ahead filled with extensive rehabilitation, therapy, ongoing medical care, and continued testing. The doctors have run every test imaginable and still have yet to discover the origin of the strokes, therefore Daniel and his family continue you to live in uncertainty and without a clear path of prevention. Through all of this, Kelsey has been by his side—caring for Daniel and their two young children while navigating this life-altering journey with strength and grace.

We are reaching out to ask for your support—whether through a donation, a share, or simply keeping Daniel and his family in your thoughts. All contributions will go directly toward medical expenses, travel, childcare, and helping Kelsey maintain stability for Asher and Banks during this incredibly difficult time.

Daniel is strong and determined. With the love of his family and the support of their community, we believe he will continue to defy the odds and heal.

Thank you for standing with Daniel, Kelsey, Asher, and Banks.
