Daniel Jackson was a founding member of Chattanooga Preparatory School and a member of the first ever 2025 graduating class. Daniel was a kind soul—smart, well spoken, small but mighty. He was an encourager to his people, a brother to many, and a friend to everyone. He was suddenly taken from us in a tragic event and was a true pillar to the Chatt Prep community. He was incredibly loved, and this fundraiser is intended to help the family with the cost of services and financial assistance during this unimaginable time.

I was fortunate to have Daniel Jackson as a senior scholar his final year at Chattanooga Preparatory School. DJ was the glue that held his classmates together and a source of strength for the Chatt Prep community. We shared many moments discussing his aspirations and dreams to give back to his family and community, whom he loved dearly. The loss of such a remarkable young Black man, taken from us too soon, is heartbreaking. Please rally around this family as they navigate this difficult time.
