Hello my name is James Dalton I am setting this up for my son and Daughter-in-law they have a medical Emergency.

they are both in there early 40’s he was diagnosed with a aggressive form 0f of kidney cancer a month ago which has spread to his lungs he is scheduled for surgery 4/9/26

at Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville Tn and now to top it off they have found that his left ventricle is pumping at only 39% for many years he has worked 2 jobs now he can’t work and to end this nightmare his loving wife has MS that she is going through they have 2 children they don’t smoke or drink they are good people who need help so

I am asking you as a father please help these two .
