My family is asking for your kindness, prayers, and help. My dad was admitted to the hospital two days ago after having been sick for several months but unable to take time off due to work as he is the primary provider of my family.

Unfortunately, the doctors informed us that he is suffering from heart failure as well as other medical issues that cannot be resolved through surgery as his heart is too weak, with 2 of his 4 arteries only functioning at 15-20%. He will be unable to go back to work anytime soon.

Donations will go towards his hospital bills, treatment, and monthly rent. I don’t want the stress of bills to affect his treatment.

Please keep my father in your prayers and hug your loved ones extra tight today.

UPDATE: we were just informed that his heart function is at 15% right now :(

UPDATE 2: he was discharged and readmitted two days later due to his pneumonia worsening while he was at home. He was later discharged and is now resting at home.

UPDATE 3: my dad will most likely not qualify for medi-cal insurance due to all the overtime he worked a couple days before his hospital admission so his health related costs will have to be covered out of pocket :(
