Rest in Peace Papa

July 22, 2024 in his home surrounded by love, our dad has passed away. He lived with Alzheimer’s for the last part of his life.

He will be missed tremendously by his kids, grandkids, and our mom.

For those asking us to donate or help us how they can, on the day of Alzheimer’s awareness, September 21st, we are having a celebration of life in his honor. We are also hoping to raise money to help a family who is in the situation we were in.

We appreciate all the love, thoughts, messages, and so much more we have received. We are truly amazed at everyone who has expressed their love to our family.

Rest in peace dad. ❤️

This is my dad and early onset Alzheimer’s is slowly claiming his life.

We don’t know how long we have left with him and right now we are just trying to enjoy the time we have left with him but with his medical bills and expenses quickly adding up, it’s extremely hard to enjoy the time we have left when we have to worry about money.

My mom hasn’t worked since October in order to take care of him full time. Due to this she is struggling both financially as well as emotionally. I hate walking in on my mom crying bc she’s so stressed and sad and I wish I could just fix everything for her and my dad but life isn’t a fairy tale.

He is recovering from a seizure that left him unable to do much of anything other than just to lay there in his medical bed and look at the ceiling. Everything he used to love doing, has been stolen from him. He’s even lost his beautiful smile.

You shouldn’t have to stress about money when dealing with a dying loved one but unfortunately that’s how it goes sometimes but hopefully by doing this, I can raise some money so she has one less thing to worry about.
