Maria Ortiz “Cuca” is a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loves her family so effortlessly and makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for. Anyone who knows Cuca, knows how much love she gives to those around her. Cuca worked hard all her life, dedicated to her husband and children.

Cuca is not only passionate about her family, but was also a prominent supporter in the Latin Movement. She fights for what she believes in, allowing others to have a voice. She has opened her home and her heart for those who have needed a place to call home.

Now, with heavy hearts we are reaching out to ask for support for Cuca, who is on hospice care. Our family has received the difficult news that Cuca has limited time. While we are focused on showing her how much she is loved and cared for, we ask for your support to make this difficult time a bit easier for her loved ones.

Every donation -no matter the size- will go directly towards her immediate family so they can focus on her and not worry about the financial stress. We are asking for help to assist with unexpected expenses, including medical-related costs and upcoming funeral expenses.
