My mom has always been the heart of our family, raising six children with love and strength. Over the past few years, she has faced more than her share of health challenges, including multiple strokes and heart attacks. Each time, she has fought her way back, but it’s been a long and difficult road. Most recently, on December 9, 2025, she was admitted to the hospital again, this time battling pneumonia. Watching her go through so much has been incredibly hard, and I’ve been doing my best to care for her on my own, without any family support.

The emotional and financial strain has been overwhelming. I was even put on stress leave from my job so I could be there for my mom during these tough times. The hospital bills are piling up, and as she prepares to come home, she’ll need ongoing care that I simply can’t provide alone. Every day is a new challenge, but I’m determined to do everything I can to help her recover and feel comfortable at home.
