My name is Tiffany, and I am Monica Billlan's sister. My nieces Crystal, Allisha, and my nephew Timmy are facing a tragedy that no child should ever have to endure. On February 21, 2026, their mother, Monica, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep. The very next day, their father, Tim Clapper, lost his battle with brain cancer after recently entering hospice care. In the span of just 24 hours, these three children lost both of their parents, leaving them heartbroken and overwhelmed.

Tim was a member of the band TC and the Dirty 3, and he and his bandmates always donated their time playing at benefits to help children who were sick. Tim also organized events to raise money for families facing hardships, just like the situation Crystal, Allisha, and Timmy are in now. He took part in the Teddy Bear Run for Akron Children’s Hospital, and his band even helped organize a benefit for my son Mikey after he passed away in 2012. Tim’s generosity and compassion touched so many lives in our community.

Monica had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. She was always there for friends, family, and anyone in need, offering kindness and support without hesitation. As their aunt, I am doing everything I can to support Crystal, Allisha, and Timmy through this unimaginable loss. Our family is working to honor Monica and Tim's wishes to be cremated, but the costs of laying them to rest have created an urgent financial burden.
