Courtney Warren, or as many of you know her, “Coco,” is currently hospitalized at Mass General Hospital, facing the toughest battle of her life. For the past four years, Courtney has bravely fought an ongoing liver condition—one that has suddenly and seriously worsened over the last month. She is now undergoing urgent evaluation for a potential liver transplant, a possibility that brings both hope and fear during an already overwhelming time.

Courtney’s family has been traveling back and forth from the Berkshires to Boston to stay close to her, support her care, and navigate this frightening medical journey together. The emotional and financial strain has been immense. Whether Courtney receives a transplant or continues with alternative treatments, she is facing months to a year of procedures, possible surgeries, and countless follow-up appointments in Boston. The road ahead is long, uncertain, and incredibly costly.
