The family of Corey is at a loss for words due to his unexpected passing. We don’t have answers to his cause of death yet, and we are waiting as patiently as we can while devastated by the unknown. To know Corey was to love him. He engaged everyone quickly with his smile and wit. Every encounter, no matter who you were, was led with love and a song. He would play the beat on his chest, a table, or through the snap of his fingers. His voice was one of a kind, and so was he. Corey was a man of tall stature, yet so gentle. Before he left, he always made sure you knew he loved you and understood that. No matter where life took him or what he went through, he kept God first. He was a true man of faith, and we never saw his faith waiver. His passing is a great loss to so many.

Unfortunately, there was no policy in place to help with funeral expenses. With a humble heart, I, his sister, am asking for a little relief to put him to rest.
