Dear Friends, Family and Kind Hearted
Supporters,
Many of you know that my son Corey Bonczek has been bravely fighting advanced diabetes for many years. Recently, his condition took a devastating turn. He fell into a coma and spent an entire month in the hospital. During that time he underwent an amputation of his leg and faced life threatening complications that have forever changed his path.
He is now in rehabilitation, working everyday to regain strength and learn how to live in a completely new way. While we are incredibly grateful that he is still with us, the road ahead is long, physically demanding and emotionally overwhelming. We are taking things one day at a time.
We are trying to raise funds to help with:
• Specialized medical equipment not
covered by insurance.
• Home modifications.
• Ongoing medical expenses.
• Creating meaningful experiences and
memories while he is able.
More than anything we want him to have dignity, comfort, and a few more moments of joy-something to look forward to, something that reminds him life is still beautiful even in the middle of hardship.
If you feel you can contribute, please know that every donation-no matter the size helps restore dignity, comfort and possibility to a man who is fighting hard to rebuild his life.
If you are unable to give, sharing this page and keeping him in your prayers means more than you know.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for keeping him in your thoughts.
With gratitude, The Bonczek/Crim family.
