Corbin Cornelison is an incredible artist, a beloved and irreplaceable member of our team at Form, and a wonderful friend. He has recently been diagnosed with ALS.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), sometimes called Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a rapidly progressing neurological disease. ALS attacks nerve cells, called motor neurons. This leads to progressive weakness and disability.
People with ALS eventually lose their strength, ability to move their arms, legs, and body, the ability to swallow, and the ability to breath on their own.
The rate of progression varies, but the average survival time is 2-5 years.
Currently, there is no cure for ALS.
As Corbin focuses on the things that are most important to him, we’d love to show him just how important he is to all of us.
Your contribution will help offset Corbin’s medical care, new treatment options that may arise, and the financial adjustments for his family as he requires more of their care.
We hope these donations might also provide some fun experiences with his loved ones as he navigates this devastating disease.
No donation is too small.
Please give what you can and leave your notes of encouragement for him to read!
*After donating, please visit Corbin’s Instagram or website to see his incredible work:
Thank you, big-hearted friends
(GoFundMe deducts a small transaction fee per donation. After that, every cent goes directly to Corbin.)
