Dear friends and family, I am setting up this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend Markaya McBean (Townsend) for her partner , William “Coop” Cooper Jr. Coop was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident and is now in critical condition in the trauma ICU. He received life-saving care from paramedics and ambulance staff, was stabilized for transport by critical care team members to the hospital.

Unfortunately, due to the extent of his injuries, his current and future medical costs and treatments are unknown. The financial burden is immense, and Markaya and family need peace of mind to be there for Coop without worrying about working to pay for his exponentially expensive medical care, medical bills, future therapy, and any unexpected expenses that may arise during his long road to recovery. If we can assist them in relieving some of this burden, it would be immensely helpful to support Cooper in his recovery process and time of need.

Cooper is one of the strongest people I know—a man of faith, community, and a supporter in all that he did in the hunting and fishing industries. He has always looked out for others and helped everyone around him, so now is our time to repay the favor while he recovers. Family, friends, and community members can assist by providing prayers for him and his family, as well as supporting him financially with donations going to his medical bills, costs for surgeries, treatments, therapy, and long-term medical care. The support, thoughts, and prayers received so far are greatly appreciated, and the family is very thankful to their community.
