UPDATE – June 2026

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has supported me, prayed for me, shared my story, and checked in on me throughout this journey. Your kindness has meant more than I can ever express.

Most recent update since creating this campaign, I underwent surgery in late 2025 to remove additional tumors. Unfortunately, shortly after surgery, two new tumors formed. As of June 2026, I am now facing five tumors. Thankfully, they are all currently very small.

After months of appointments, testing, and fighting with insurance, I have finally been approved for targeted therapy. My treatment plan will include several rounds of highly focused radiation designed to target the tumors while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue.

While this is a positive step forward, the financial burden continues to grow. The funds raised through this campaign will help cover treatment expenses, ongoing and past medical bills, lost income, and the everyday costs of living while navigating this disease.

Cancer has taken so much already, but I refuse to let it take my hope. Every donation, share, message, and prayer helps lighten the load and allows me to focus on what matters most—fighting this disease and continuing to live my life.

My Cancer Journey

What started as routine health concerns turned into a life-changing battle that I never expected to face.

In April 2022, I began experiencing significant gynecological issues and uncontrolled bleeding. After numerous tests and biopsies and a small surgery, doctors discovered cancerous cells in my uterus.

In June 2022, I underwent a full hysterectomy. Thankfully, the surgery was successful, and I was declared cancer-free.

For two years, life moved forward.

Then in June 2024, after a few hospital trips, scans, and biopsies, I received another devastating diagnosis: a rare form of ovarian cancer called a Granulosa Cell Tumor. I underwent another major surgery to remove a large tumor and ovary. Once again, I was fortunate to hear the words "cancer-free."

Unfortunately, that victory was short-lived.

In August 2025, routine testing revealed that my tumor markers had increased. After multiple scans and follow-up tests, doctors discovered three new tumors. This marked a recurrence of Granulosa Cell Tumor ovarian cancer.

I underwent surgery again, and surgeons were able to remove one tumor. However, the remaining two tumors were extremely small and located in difficult areas, making removal too risky at the time.

Since then, the cancer has continued to challenge us. Despite surgery and ongoing monitoring, additional tumors have formed, bringing the total to five tumors as of June 2026.

Granulosa Cell Tumor is a rare cancer with a very high recurrence rate, meaning even after successful treatment, it often returns. Living with this diagnosis means constantly balancing scans, appointments, treatments, surgeries, uncertainty, and the emotional toll that comes with all of it.

Why I'm Asking for Help

As difficult as the medical side of this journey has been, the financial burden has become equally overwhelming.

Like many Americans, I have struggled with insurance denials, appeals, out-of-pocket costs, and medical bills that continue to pile up. Despite doing everything possible to stay financially stable, years of surgeries, treatments, recovery time, and missed work have drained my savings and left me facing mounting expenses.

I worked hard to become debt-free and build financial security. In what felt like the blink of an eye, those savings disappeared into medical costs, and my credit cards became a lifeline just to keep up.

The funds raised through this campaign will help with:

• Prescription costs

• Lost income from time away from work

• Everyday living expenses while undergoing treatment
