Help needed to pay legal fees.
As many will know Conor Williamson stuck his neck and job on the line by speaking out about the alleged cruelty and criminal activities going on at Ashton pound.
He lost his job.
A complaint to the WRC (Workplace Relations Commision) found in his favour but despite originally winning his case, it was appealed by the person who had the contract for Ashton pound and now unfortunately he has been landed with a significant legal bill.
He's paid a huge price for doing the right thing and has been instrumental in Ashton pound no longer being operational and criminal charges brought against those he blew the whistle on.
The amount owed for his legal representation is €2337.00
Conor wants to make it known that any donations over and above this amount (less fundraising fees) will be donated to an animal charity (To be advised)
This fundraiser is to take the burden off his shoulders and show him he has the gratitude and support of animal lovers who were horrified by the actions that he bravely exposed.
All support will be gratefully received.
